With a balance of energy work, inner exploration, and deep rest, you’ll experience a powerful yet gentle reset that helps you let go of emotional strain and rediscover your natural state of balance.

Two Days at Green Farm

Core Transformation with Tracey

Discover a profoundly gentle process for dissolving emotional blocks, inner conflict, and self-criticism. Core Transformation helps you move beyond struggle into a state of acceptance, love, and inner peace — so your change feels natural and lasting.

Reiki & Breathwork with Steve

Through Reiki and guided breathing, Steve helps you release tension and stagnant energy, supporting your body’s natural healing process. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned — inside and out.

Integration & Reflection

Enjoy time for quiet contemplation, journaling, or simply resting by the firepit. Evenings are left open for gentle connection or peaceful solitude — the space to just be.

1-2-1 coaching with Tracey

Workshops

✨ Two days of restorative, heart-centred experiences with Tracey and Steve, blending gentle inner work with energy renewal. You’ll reconnect with your deeper self through guided Core Transformation and energy-balancing practices designed to realign mind, body and spirit.

✨Tracey will guide you through a Core Transformation process tailored to your needs, while Steve leads calming meditation and breathwork sessions to help you release tension and restore balance from within.

✨ Nourishing, homemade meals prepared with care — served in a relaxed, welcoming space that allows you to fully unwind, refuel, and focus entirely on your own restoration.

Friday Night

Arrival from 6pm

Arrive, unwind, and settle in to your new surroundings at Green Farm.

7pm – Simple dinner provided

For example:
* Jacket potatoes with various fillings
* Homemade chilli and rice
* Curry and naan bread

After dinner, relax by the firepit or enjoy gentle conversation in the Tiki Dining Area.

Saturday

Day one

8:30am – Breakfast

* Build your own breakfast bowl – Porridge/Granola, Greek yoghurt, chia/flax seeds, nuts/fruit
* Toast with honey, jam, marmite or marmalade
* Tea, coffee and fruit juices

9:30am – Core Transformation with Tracey (Part 1)
Begin exploring your inner landscape. Learn how to transform challenging emotions into deep states of peace and self-acceptance.

10:45am – Refreshment break

11:00am – Core Transformation continues
Gentle guided practice to help you dissolve inner conflict and reconnect with your true self.

12:30pm – Lunch

* Panini and salad
* Bagel with smashed avocado and eggs
* Homemade butternut squash soup with sourdough

1:30pm – Reiki and Breathwork with Steve
A restorative session to release tension and restore energetic flow.

2:45pm – Break

3:00pm – Reflection & Discussion (Reiki sessions with Steve cont)
Quiet time or group reflection to integrate your learning

4:30pm – Finish and relax

6:30pm – Dinner

* Hearty casserole with herby dumplings
* Cape Malay curry with naan
* Enchiladas and rice

Evening options: reflection, fireside conversation, or quiet time under the stars.

Sunday

Day two

8:30am – Breakfast

* Granola, yoghurt and fruit
* Toast with honey, jam or marmalade
* Tea, coffee and fruit juices

9:30am – Morning Meditation and Breathwork with Steve
Start the day with grounding breathwork and guided meditation.

10:45am – Break

11:00am – Core Transformation with Tracey
Deepen your practice and create a sense of lasting inner alignment.

12:30pm – Lunch

* Big salad and sourdough
* Scrambled eggs on sourdough
* Homemade soup and bread

1:30pm – Integration Circle
Reflect on your experiences, insights and shifts

3:00pm – Questions / Finish
Pack up and depart — feeling rested, realigned and renewed.
